Wedding photography is an important investment. On your most special of days I am invested in you. I capture and bottle up all the emotion of your day, so that when you look back at all of your images, you get to relive it. I treat all of my clients’ weddings with the same love and care as if they were my own. Not only am I there as a photographer, but also play a big role in helping out with the timeline and coordination of the day. I don’t want my couples to have to worry about anything besides enjoying time celebrating with friends and family!

1) What is your photographic style?
My style is a combination of photojournalistic + directed photography. That means in telling the visual story of your day, I capture natural moments as they happen, as well as direct clients in a way that appears both authentic and flattering. My direction is very easy to follow and I am always working to capture my clients’ unique personalities.
2) What kind of equipment do you use?
Hurray, a chance to talk about my babies! I shoot with professional grade Nikon full frame cameras and lenses. I am sure to have backup equipment so that in the event something should fail – we don’t miss a beat. My lighting equipment is minimal and not invasive to your event space. I keep everything organized and ready to go!
3) Can we purchase prints and other image products through you?
Yes! Through your online gallery you will be able to order from a wide selection of prints, gallery canvas wraps, metal prints, cards, etc. All orders are approved and inspected by yours truly before being sent to the lab. I use only professional grade vendors that offer the highest printing quality. Images will reflect truest color and quality through these labs. I also offer design services for “save the dates”, etc!
4) Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I am available for worldwide travel for weddings and elopements. Local travel within 40 minutes of Chicago and St. Louis is included, I will be happy to quote you the travel fee for your specific location.
5) How soon in advance should we book our wedding date?
Most couples book approximately 9 – 18 months in advance. If you want to ensure that I am available on your wedding date, I recommend booking at your soonest convenience. I tend to attract early-planning couples and therefore book up quickly!
6) What is the process for booking our wedding date?
In order to book us to photograph your wedding, you will need to fill out a contract and pay a non-refundable $1,000 retainer to hold your date. You are not booked for your wedding date until I have received your completed contract and retainer.
